Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

  • Full refunds are available if a project is canceled in writing before work begins.
  • Partial refunds may be granted if work has started but is incomplete, based on milestones achieved.
  • No refunds are available for completed work.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Either party may cancel the agreement at any time with written notice via email.
  • If the client cancels, billing will be assessed for all work completed up to the written notice of cancellation.
  • Any outstanding payments for completed work must be settled within seven (7) days of cancellation.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Customers can cancel subscription-based services by emailing [email protected] or through their account dashboard. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
